What It Does Not Include

A planning service is not a guarantee against weather, national holidays or a site closing at short notice. It does not make peak-season trains appear, and it cannot book a museum slot that has already sold out. It also does not replace travel insurance. What it does is reduce the number of things that can quietly go wrong, and make the ones that do go wrong someone else's job to fix.
