The terms and conditions governing your use of ChinaTravelPlus services.
By using the ChinaTravelPlus website and submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ChinaTravelPlus provides travel consultation, itinerary design, and booking facilitation services for trips within China. We act as an intermediary between travellers and local service providers (guides, hotels, transport operators).
To confirm a booking, you must pay a deposit as specified in your booking confirmation. Final payment is typically due 30 days before the tour start date.
In the rare event we must cancel a tour (force majeure, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. We will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements.
We reserve the right to make minor alterations to itineraries due to local conditions (weather, holidays, site closures). We will always inform you of significant changes and offer equivalent alternatives.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips. ChinaTravelPlus is not responsible for personal injury, illness, theft, or losses arising during your trip unless directly caused by our gross negligence.
Visa invitation letter services are provided as a courtesy to support your visa application. We do not guarantee visa approval — which remains at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.
ChinaTravelPlus's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the traveller for the affected tour services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through competent courts in China.
